Integrity’s newest residential offering gives you flexibility and efficiency in construction and design. Compared to traditionally constructed homes, Integrity’s built to lock-up, slab-on-grade residential models are a great value-added choice for those who are comfortable general contracting their own project and do not require a basement. The structure is also much quicker to build than traditional methods. All of this is achieved without sacrificing quality.

Building residential lock-up models across Western Canada in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba— enjoy a simple, on-budget and on-time construction process!

Building To Lock-Up
Built to Lock-Up by Integrity
provides you a completed structure including walls, roof, windows and doors. Both our Post-Frame and Post & Beam construction methods add speed and value helping to make this an economical and efficient choice, providing project management flexibility and cost-savings for those who are ready to build. Included in our package price is professional design and engineering, with a range of options and upgrades, as well as the interior floor plan. Our qualified construction teams can mobilize across Western Canada, allowing us to service both central and more remote locations.

There are many factors that can impact the total build time, including seasonal variances, but typically Integrity can take a building from the start of construction to lock-up stage (exterior structure) in as little as 3 to 4 weeks. With Integrity, you save time during the exterior framing, roofing and sheathing stages of your build. This means you have the opportunity to be in your new house sooner.

Once the lock-up phase of construction is complete, you will be able to engage other trades to complete the remaining aspects of your new home.

Slab-On-Grade
Slab-on-grade is a very simple idea. Instead of excavating and emptying an average of 3 cement trucks to pour a basement foundation, footing, and walls, a slab foundation only requires you to level the ground your home will be sitting on. The concrete floor of your house is then poured after construction. With slab-on-grade construction, in-floor heating is a cost-efficient way to heat your home. It is perfect for those who do not require a basement.

Owner Builder Permit and New Home Warranty
When deciding to be the Owner/Builder of your own home, there are a few things that you need to do to comply with provincial regulations. There are different regulations for each province in Western Canada, including what is required for New Home Warranty.

Here are some helpful links that will help you determine if being a Owner/Builder is right for you and the provincial requirements for New Home Warranty:
