Saskatchewan Stories: Hylo Farms

For four generations, the Longmire family has worked the land — about 9,500 acres of it — growing a mix of seven to eight different crops each season. Farming is in their roots, and with success comes challenges, including farm storage buildings big enough to handle the growing operation.

In April 2024, Devin Longmire partnered with Integrity Post Structures to build a new 64’ x 95’ shop with a 20’ x 60’ lean-to for added office space. Devin needed a building that could store all of his large machines, but also serve as a gathering place — a spot where his team could share meals, have coffee together, and unwind at the end of a long day. A place that felt as practical as it was personal.
