2024 Building of the Year Award – Riding Arena
When Sean and Jacquie set out to build their riding arena near Okotoks, AB, they wanted a space that reflected how they live and ride. Integrity was called to build a custom arena that brought together training, care, and comfort under one roof. With room to ride, space for horses, and areas to gather and stay, the building supports both daily routines and time spent together.
- 77' x 156' x 18' accessory building, with a 27’ x 40’ attached barn and 27’ x 40’ attached garage
- Featuring full insulation, multiple overhead doors, a sliding door, shear walls, window pergola’s and kick wall
- Colours: Walls & Trim in Bright White, Roof in Charcoal
