The Integrity Group is excited to welcome Elliott LeBlanc as the Operations Manager for Integrity Building Components, the new manufacturing division of Integrity Building Products.
Elliott joins Integrity with over 20 years of experience in the construction and building component manufacturing industry, including over 10 years of management experience, focusing on process planning and optimization.

Spending his high school summers working as an engineered wood products (EWP) processor, Elliott was attracted to the opportunities the construction industry offered. He built his career, starting as a framer, moving into shipping and receiving for a building component manufacturer and then accepting progressively more advanced roles in management within the component manufacturing industry. Elliott quickly realized his passion for building processes. “It became obvious to me, and my management teams, that my strength was in the development and implementation of manufacturing operations and systems,” explains Elliott. “It is something I am good at and it is something I enjoy.”
Elliott will be overseeing operations at Integrity Building Components. His experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and systems, and building strong-performing teams is ideal for the role. “My primary goal will be to build a high-performing and effective team,” explains Elliott. “Through a strong team, where everyone feels challenged and valued, we can work together to meet our targets and provide the very best product for our customers.”
