Everyone who meets Adam feels they are dealing with a person who truly cares and wants the best for his clients.

When Adam is not working or managing customer projects, he enjoys spending his time raising his two beautiful children. He is also very passionate about helping the less fortunate. He spends lots of his free time at the local missions and shelters. This past Christmas, Adam could be found at the St. James school helping to feed and visiting with people who were without family or friends over the holiday season, and giving rides home to people that were in need.

JERRY MYER, FOUNDER AND CEO

A true Albertan cowboy, Jerry Myer is proud to be the founder and CEO of Integrity Post Structures.

Jerry enjoys the challenges and opportunities of the post frame industry.

“Our past successes don’t guarantee a successful future. That is why we work hard to continually evolve and refine how we work to become the best post frame company out there.”

As the owner and CEO of Integrity, Jerry prides himself on bringing innovative solutions to construction projects to help our customers get the most out of their buildings. From the Perma-Column, to the Integrity Storm Brace, Jerry is always looking for ways to innovate the post frame construction industry, while applying integrity in everything that we do.

With a focus on innovation, customer service and high-quality construction, Jerry knows that every business is only successful because of the passionate employees that work hard each and every day for our customers. With this style of leadership, Jerry has helped create a family-focused culture at Integrity where employees have grown with the business and work hard every day to deliver a positive customer experience, no matter which role they are in.

Growing up in a small farming town, Jerry spent a lot of time around horses and at the age of nine, started his first business as Myer Training Stables, a horse-training service he offered to his neighbors. A serial entrepreneur, Jerry kept running his training business until he graduated high school, at which point, he started another business with his wife servicing the Calgary homebuilding community.

This company eventually lead to the creation of Integrity Post Structures. What initially started as a passion project to support his horse riding hobbies, Integrity Post Structures is now in its tenth operating year, building premium buildings in all four Western provinces and servicing agricultural, commercial and residential customers.

When Jerry isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, riding horses and tending to the ranch. As a ranch owner, Jerry understands the building needs of the agricultural community and isn't afraid to push the envelope of building design.

SCOTT MYER COO

In 2010, when Integrity was gaining traction as the builder of choice in the commercial and agricultural market, Scott joined the company as the Post Structures Operations Manager to help grow and streamline the company's operations. In this role, Scott was responsible for managing the construction crew scheduling and the internal operations functions of the Post Structures business.

“I enjoy the positive attitude of the team at Integrity,” says Scott. “We all care about what Integrity stands for and do our best every day to ensure our customers are happy.”

Today, as the Chief Operations Officer, Scott's responsibilities encompass a much broader scope with the Integrity Group of Companies, overseeing the daily operations of the company, which includes the development and integration of Integrity's strategy and vision into all areas of the business. He strives to ensure that each construction project is delivered on time and on budget, providing a seamless customer experience and high-quality buildings.

Growing up with his brother Jerry in Crossfield, Alberta, Scott spent a lot of his younger years in the agricultural and horse world competing in national and international cattle penning competitions. After retiring from the cattle penning world, Scott moved to Calgary where he enjoys spending as much time as possible golfing.

Scott graduated from SAIT in 2006 with a diploma in Business Management and Marketing. An entrepreneur himself, Scott cut his teeth in the Calgary home building sector before joining Integrity, gaining a great network of experience and friends which has proven invaluable in the development of Integrity as a diverse and growing construction company.
