Starting Your Vision

This provides us with the basic details needed to start bringing your project to life. -
CONNECT WITH YOUR LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE.
Within 1 to 2 business days, a dedicated sales representative will reach out. -
CUSTOMIZATION & REFINEMENT.
We’ll work with you to revise sizes, features, and upgrades until the design perfectly matches your vision and budget. -
PROJECT AUTHORIZATION.
Once you’re 100% satisfied, we’ll finalize the quote and issue a contract. A deposit at this stage officially locks in your pricing and moves your project into production.
Design & Permitting

ARCHITECTUAL ENGINEERING.
Our design team begins the engineered design of your structure. (Non-engineered drawing options are also available if your project doesn't require them). -
PLAN REVIEW.
You and your sales rep will review the drawings to ensure the materials and construction plan align perfectly with your contract before we move forward. -
PERMIT SUPPORT.
We provide a permit set of plans for your submission, or you can engage Integrity to manage the entire application process for you.
Logistics & Preparation

PRODUCT SCHEDULING.
Once permits are issued, we schedule your build and begin assembling the specific materials needed for your project. -
MATERIAL DELIVERY.
Approximately 1 to 2 weeks before construction, we deliver materials directly to your site. We’ll coordinate the schedule with you to ensure easy access. -
SITE PREPARATION.
Before the crew arrives, your site must be ready (including pad prep and utility locates). We’ll provide a pre-construction reminder to help you prepare.
Construction & Completion

PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION.
Our experienced crews arrive on-site to build according to your specifications. You aren’t required to be present during the entire build. -
FINAL WALKTHROUGH.
Upon completion, you and the foreman will perform a thorough walkthrough to address any concerns and ensure every detail meets our standards. -
SPECIALIZED FINISHING.
We coordinate any remaining contracted work, such as overhead door installations, eavestroughing, or blow-in insulation.
